A nightlight Lithophane created to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week! Created using a photo depicting a hand watering a seedling that grows into a plant.
Have your own 3D printer, a friend with one, or even your local library? You are in luck! I am making the STLs for these available via Printables and Thingaverse so that anyone can print these out on their own.
Any white filament will suffice for printing these out but for colors its important to use filament designed for lithophanes, I use Jessie Premium PLA Color Lithophane! This light has a cord that plugs into an USB port that most phone and tablet chargers have (the ones where the cord is removeable). A great option to save on the use of batteries. |
